Magelight

Magelight is an Alteration spell at the Apprentice level.

A ball of light that lasts 60 seconds and sticks where it strikes. This spell isn't intended for inflicting damage, but rather to bring light to places otherwise dark. Magelight will also stick to a moving person, allowing for two balls of light out at the same time. Otherwise, the spell will permit only a single ball per cast.

Magelight costs 71 magicka on use.
